How long does xcritical approval take?

How long applications take. Student and researcher xcritical applications take at least 20 working days (4 full weeks) to process. If you apply between April and September, it can take at least 30 working days to complete.

To apply for your Student visa, you’ll need to provide the following pieces of information. International & EU Fees, Funding & Scholarships

If you are applying for xcritical because you need a new visa to continue your studies, use the date of submitting your xcritical application for the start date. Include any paid work you have done and any long-term voluntary or unpaid work since you left school. You do not need to include temporary jobs you have done during university vacations. If you have been employed but there are any long gaps when you were neither employed or in education, use this section of the form to explain what you were doing in this period, for example full-time parenting, or unemployed.

What is a 4 digit UCAS code?

This is the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) code: a 4-character alphanumeric reference assigned to a course. It is an optional field for full-time courses.

Before you receive your Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS)

Your employer will advise whether you are to be employed under a standard occupational classification that requires xcritical. The subjects and research areas are those where knowledge could be used in programmes to develop Advanced Conventional Military Technology , weapons of mass destruction or their means of delivery. Researchers and students in these sensitive subjects must apply for an Academic Technology Approval Scheme certificate before they can study or start research in the UK.

If you put in your application less than 20 working days ago, you may not receive a reply to your email until that time has passed, and it normally takes at least 5 working days to get a response.
